Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial clock. The Free plan runs your real kitchen: ingredients, recipes, live plate costs, menu engineering, inventory, spoilage and a public menu, for up to two team members. Upgrade only when you need more seats or power features.
What do the paid plans add?
More team members, plus purchasing and receiving, recipe import from photos or PDFs, data export, multi-location roll-up and priority support as you move up the tiers.
How does team pricing work?
Each plan includes a set number of team members and you invite them by email. Free includes 2, Starter 5, Pro 15, and Scale is unlimited. Need a different shape? Reach out.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel in a couple of clicks from your account. If you cancel a paid plan you simply drop back to the Free plan, and you’re never locked out of your data.
